The Pavillon team places particular value on the quality of the products which are processed and served in one of the Top Restaurants in Zurich. This means the fish is always wild and the veal homegrown. Only the centre of the fillet is served and flour from Switzerland is used exclusively for our home-made bread. The sourdough bread with its beer crust results from an exclusive collaboration with flour from Zurich and beer from the town brewery.
