On January 25th, six excellent master hands will showcase the concentrated culinary art of eight Michelin stars in 14 courses at Pavillon. The two famed chefs Juan Amador and Jacob Jan Boerma in collaboration with Pavillon Head Chef Laurent Eperon and his team have created a varied menu, which will invite you to an exciting culinary journey. Marc Almert, ASI Best Sommelier of the World 2019, has chosen an exquisite selection of international wines as the perfect companion for your taste buds, representing an expedition through various established and partly newly discovered top regions of Europe.
