Stefan Howells has completed his education to become a pastry chef at the Boston College in Lincolnshire, England. Since then, he worked for several Michelin starred Restaurants in England and Switzerland, as well as on the British Virgin Island. In 2011 he represented England at the World Skills championship and thereby received the award “pastry chef of the year”. Stefan Howells describes his fascination for the restaurant Pavillon being the combination of architecture and the highly professional, still relaxed and pleasant atmosphere within the team.
