Marc Almert completed his apprenticeship in his hometown Cologne at the Excelsior Hotel Ernst. Before heading to Zurich in January 2017, he gained extensive experience in various luxury hotels from the 'Selection of German Luxury Hotels'. At the same time, he successfully participated in various international sommelier competitions. His fascination for working at the Restaurant Pavillon are the outstanding cuisine and the special ambiance, but most importantly the extensive range of exquisit wines.
